- Mercon MSL-100 visual position indicator & 2 x spdt limit switches for pneumatic actuators
- Powder coated, cast aluminium enclosure
- Stainless steel mounting bracket & fastenings
- Mounting bracket adjustable to suit all Mercon pneumatic actuators
- Provision for dual M20 cable glands
- Optional stainless steel body to special order
- Switch ratings 16A at 125/250VAC, 0.6A at 125VDC & 0.3A at 250VDC
- Mechanical switches with volt free contacts
- The diagram below shows the contacts with the valve in mid travel
- When the valve reaches the full open position, the top switch is operated & the contacts will change state so contacts 2 & 3 are closed
- When the valve reaches the full closed position, the bottom switch is operated & the contacts will change state so contacts 5& 6 are closed
- Contacts 7 & 8 are spare & not connected
- These limit switches are for position indication only, they do not affect the actuator travel
